Design amazing landing page for a Quality Assurance blog

My website is a place where I create video tutorials about Automated Software Testing and I blog about Quality Assurance and Automated Software Testing for Quality Assurance Engineers.
My video tutorials are the stars of the show and the traffic comes to me to see my video tutorials. The blog posts are secondary and help to reinforce the content that I teach through my videos.

My target audience are all Quality Assurance Engineers that are seeking to learn some related topic.

I already have a Wodpress Theme called Divi from Elegant Themes (http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/divi/).. I want to use this to recreate your design. This may impose some restrictions on what you can design, or not, I'm not sure. I just wanted to mention this to give you all of the details that I can.
I like sleek and modern colors since I am an IT style company. You can take a look at the 2 links to gauge what I'm going after (www.ultimateqa.com, courses.ultimateqa.com).

What I want on the page are these elements below (please keep in mind that this is a Divi theme from Theme Forest).
- prominent display of my video tutorial courses
- display of a few of my latest posts
- I need my social proof displayed prominently and dynamically showing my Facebook followers, Twitter followers (i know its not possible), my email list subscribers
- People should be able to easily share/follow my page (I can probably use this plugin for that - http://elegantthemes.com/preview/Monarch/)
- great placement of my lead capture box where I will advertise my free course that I will give away when someone signs up
- The loading speed of the page is REALLY important to me. Having too many images on a page makes a big difference, therefore, I hope to stike a balance between beauty and speed
