Create a visually appealing vector illustration for new web application

Our new Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) prospecting web application helps economic development areas in the United States identify foreign domiciled companies that could increase their global revenue by opening a new manufacturing location in the United States.

We are looking for a vector image that will feature prominently on the new website for our Foreign Direct Investment web application. This image should be a visual representation depicting the entire process of a foreign (non-United States) company deciding to move to the United States to increase profit; building a new manufacturing facility in the United States; and creating more jobs and revenue ($$) in the United States. The entire FDI process should be visualized as a static timeline where each part of the graphic shows a different section of the process, i.e. in the furthest left part of the image the foreign company makes the decision to build a manufacturing site in the US to expand business and make more money, the next part of the image should show the building of the manufacturing site, etc. The whole process should be clear to the viewer without many visual clues.

The winning vector image will be in a similar style with the same background color as the attached image which features prominently on our other website, ftz.nautilytics.com. The vector graphics for that image came from Shutterstock: http://www.shutterstock.com/g/Macrovector/
