Create a vintage CD cover using the front of a vintage car (STOCK ALLOWED!)

We are a non profit organization that teaches on the connection between spirituality and disease.

I want a CD cover design for a teaching called "Disease: Happenstance or Planned Event?" by Dr. Henry W. Wright. I want this cover to have a vintage theme to it. What i have in mind is that the title would be bold, but on the cover would be the front of a vintage classic car. Half the car would be rusted and the other half in pristine condition. You can use photos or well done illustration. I would like it to be a bright color but using deep colors. Reds, blues, greens. I don't want it looking depressing. We are trying to communicate that when someone gets a disease it is not random but there is a reason. They can choose to look like rust or in great condition. I would like to use either a vintage truck or a vintage 1957 oldsmobile. Convertable would be nice. VIntage theatre signage and buildings would be cool. Google those images if you need to. Make sure the speakers name is on the front of the cover. Look forward to seeing what you do. When all is said and done if you have an idea that you think would work that is not what I described above I would still love to see it.
