I have a photo of our building. It's a difficult building to get a good photo of because of all the things around it, and the busy traffic. We do a lot of illustration type ads and would like to have a vector image of the building, but clean without the street lights, signs, cars, telephone poles, etc. We would like a nice graphic that we can place into ads, possibly one version as only a brush outline as well. Thanks !!

There are two operations in the building. Upstairs is a swanky 1930's era bar / jazz scene and downstairs is a beach bar & grill with live bands. So, in some ads, I'll be using the building to promote the upstairs (more victorian and retro) and for the downstairs I'll warp, twist and pinch the building to have some fun with it and squeeze it onto posters for bands. For black and white ads I'd like to just have outlines - but with some warmth to it - not sharp angles or a traced appearance. We would like any signs & lettering shown on the photo to be eliminated from the rendering.
