MOTUS: mastering the movement of one’s body, energy, and how we move in space. qigong / Spacial awareness drills / different strengthening exercises
From the outside (CORPUS) you tap into how external factors influence you, such as food, light, other people and places.
From a physical level (MOTUS), you learn to see the way your body works in space, your limitations - through embodying this getting full access to the true potential of your unique physical make up.
From a mental level (ANIMUS), you will dive into personalised meditations tailored to your needs, journalling and processing.
