ReverseMortgageGuides.org
ReverseMortgageGuides.org is a resource for homeowners aged 62+. A reverse mortgage is a loan for senior homeowners that uses a portion of the home's equity as collateral. So basically it gives a way for the homeowner to access money they have paid into their homes without having to sell their home. This money can then be used by the homeowner any way they see fit. The end goal of the site is to have the user fill-out the online calculator and submit their information.

To start we would just like to see a basic design executed in the 300x250 dimension. Attached are some rough mock-ups that you should utilize as an idea starter. If you use one theme please more fully develop the creative utilizing eye-catching but simple graphic design. Please use the logo in your ad.
Theme 1: Is the calculator ad. Keep the elements and the ad copy the same. Feel free to change around the color and layout of the ad. The calculator in the ad could utilize typed in query information or drop down menus. If your initial design mock-up is selected you will have to make this ad functional (e.g. the consumer will be able to fill out the 3 questions within the ad and data pass them into our site utilizing the following input parameters):
<input name="customer_person_age">
<input name="customer_home_value">
<input name="customer_lien_value">
Theme 2: Is the grid ad. Keep the elements and the ad copy the same. Feel free to change around the color and layout of the ad. We may also like to see this ad as being interactive – to where the grid can scroll through more of the pricing examples – a larger grid is supplied with the ad themes document (interactivity does not have to be done for the initial mock-up but you should be able to do it if you are selected).
Theme 3: Please use this mock-up directionally - we are open to anything here - it would be great if animated.
